Clear Elastic - Sold by the Yard

This lightweight clear elastic may be used to secure (under chin or hair) a fascinator, pill box, or other shallow type of pāpale to oneʻs head.

Made from thermoplastic polyurethane, the flexible elastic transparent straps are soft to the touch and provide a discreet hold. The translucent tape does not wrinkle or discolor and can go through the washer and dryer in low heat without losing elasticity. The continuous transparent strap can be trimmed to any length or stitched directly on a various of fabric or leather.  Resistant to sweat or oil, the pliable clear stretchy elastic will not scratch skin or snap.  

Clear elastic is sold and shipped in linear yards.  If one purchases 10 yards, they will receive one long 30 foot piece.
