These elastics may be used to secure (under chin or hair) a fascinator, pill box, or other shallow type of pāpale to oneʻs head.

The black "barbed elastic cords" are 10.5 inches and 13 inches long, and sold in a packet of 10:  5 of the 10.5 inch and 5 of the 13 inch cords.
